Cancellation Policy

These are the rules for cancelling or changing a booking once it has been made. Read them before you book.
Cancellation fees
If you cancel a booking for reasons on your side, the cancellation fees below are charged.
(Days are counted from the rental date. “The day before” and “the day itself” mean the day before the rental date and the rental date itself.)

* We refund the amount paid at booking, less the cancellation fee above.
Date changes (rescheduling)
- ›Only where you tell us 8 or more days before the rental date, we will change the date once, free of charge.
- ›Date changes cannot be accepted from 7 days before onwards (the cancellation fees above apply).
Weather (we run in rain; we cancel in severe weather)
- ›We run in light or ordinary rain. If you choose to cancel because of the weather, the cancellation fees above apply.
- ›We cancel if a warning for heavy rain, storm, flooding or snowstorm is issued for the area, or if we judge that safe operation is difficult because of an approaching typhoon or similar.
- ›Where we cancel, no cancellation fee is charged: you get a full refund, or a date change at no cost.
