Cancellation Policy
This page details our cancellation policy and any changes you would like to make to your booking. Please read through this page carefully before booking.
Cancellation fees
The following cancellation fees will be charged.
(Days are counted from the rental date. “One day before” and “day of” mean the day before the rental date and the rental date itself.)

Note: In instances of cancellation, we will return the amount you paid upon booking minus the cancellation fee.
Change Reservation Date
- ›Please let us know at least 8 days before your rental date if you would like to change your reservation date. Changing the date once is free of charge.
- ›We do not accept changes free of charge less than 7 days before your rental date (the cancellation fees above will apply).
Ending the rental early
- ›If you end the rental early for reasons of your own, it is treated as a same-day cancellation and the fee is not refunded (Article 31 of the terms of service).
- ›If we stop the rental because of the weather, the full refund or free date change under “Cancellation Due to Weather” above applies.
- ›If the Jimny breaks down and the rental cannot continue, Article 27 of the terms of service applies.
Cancellation Due to Weather
- ›The Jimny adventure will run as planned on days with light or normal rain. However, any cancellations due to worries about the weather from the customer will be subject to cancellation fees.
- ›We will cancel your reservation if any weather warnings including: heavy rain, storm, flood, blizzards or approaching typhoons are issued in the branch areas.
- ›If we cancel your booking due to weather, you will receive a full refund or you may change your booking to a later date, free of charge.
