•If the Jimny is not returned with a full tank (all plans except the Puzzle Mission): fuel at ¥200 per litre plus a ¥550 refuelling fee
•Late return (all plans except the Puzzle Mission): ¥3,300 (tax incl.) per hour

•CDW (Collision Damage Waiver, optional): ¥5,500 (tax incl.) per car per day, chosen when you book
•Repair costs after an accident or damage: as set out in the repair fee table (with CDW, moderate damage costs you nothing and major damage is capped at ¥300,000)
•NOC (non-operation charge): ¥20,000 if the car can be driven back, ¥50,000 if it cannot (towing at cost) — charged only without CDW or where the rules were broken; with CDW and the rules kept, no NOC applies
- Payment method and timing

•Payment is made in advance (online) at the time of booking.
•Any additional charges due to accidents or damage to the vehicle, or if the Jimny is not returned with a full tank (except on the Puzzle Mission), will be paid on site.
•On-site payment can be made by credit card, PayPay or cash.
- When the service (vehicle rental) is provided
- The rental period begins at the start of the date and time chosen at the time of booking.
- Cancellation (cancelling a booking)

•If you cancel, the following fee applies, counted from the rental date: free up to 15 days before / 30% of the fee 8–14 days before / 50% 2–7 days before / 80% the day before / 100% on the day or no-show. The fee is deducted from the amount paid at booking and the balance refunded.
•The date can be changed once free of charge if you let us know at least 8 days before the rental date (changes from 7 days before count as a cancellation).
- Returns and refunds
- Given the nature of the service (vehicle rental), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons of your own once the rental has begun, including an early return — under Article 31 of the terms of service it is treated as a same-day cancellation. If the rental cannot continue because of a breakdown or similar, Article 27 of the terms of service applies; if we stop the rental because of the weather, the cancellation policy's refund applies.
